To aid the development of partner relationships with our clients and to serve our ongoing quest for process improvement, Meridian has developed a department devoted to fully understanding our clients’ businesses and, through that immersion, creating process-specific fire training modules for those clients, complete with fire training Power Point presentations and custom fire training manuals.
Our in-depth process begins with an introductory conversation regarding the client’s business, the specific subject of the proposed training, and the fire training objectives. After analyzing the information gathered, Meridian then develops a detailed questionnaire customized to the client’s requirements, and begins developing an outline or “framework” for a customized workplace fire safety training module with custom fire training ideas. The client’s completed questionnaire and additional Q&A interviews (as needed) enable Meridian to filter and refine the information, identify the key issues and facts for that client’s business and its processes, and complete the fire training module. Meridian provides updates as the training module development process unfolds, until it is complete and ready for implementation.
